Anger Resolution

Most people have anger issues. Some are detremental in there lives, others are the occasional reactions you wish you did not have. Some anger in your life is perfectly normal. Other anger like suppressed anger can put you in a once in a lift time detremental situtation... this is called blind rage where you have no memory of what has occurred even though you may have seriously hurt someone.

Through my years of experience I have learned that people have different needs for there anger issues. So I developed my own program that supplies you with information and skills that produce tools that you can utilize the rest of your life. As a behavioral therapist for so many years I believe that people need to get the tools that fit there issues and situations therfore my sucess with people with anger issues has been extremely sucessful. I have worked with programs with the judicial system, school systems, colleges, law enforement and the general community. Providing specialized and cutting edge information that differentiates from most typical anger management classes or therapies.

One of the statements I hear often is, "I have a short temper like my relatives" (like my Dad, brothers, sisters, etc...). It is important to relealize that anger is a learned behavior. No baby is ever born angry. Anger is one of the leading known causes of cancer. Holding onto anger or resentment becomes cellular memory and then reacts to the part of the body that represents that angry emotion. For example, if you have a resentment of not being nurtured as a child you may get breast cancer. No matter what triggers your anger (impatience, other's stupidity, harrasing comments, disrespect, etc...) all these triggers or buttons are owned by you and can be modifed with behavior therapy. This is exiting because as you let go of those triggers no one can push your buttons anymore. This is why it is said that all anger is self-anger. I deal with specifically with your triggers. That puts you in control of you and that is a wonderful feeling. Plus you will gain confidence and self-respect.
