In the beginning, I spent much of my time in four colleges; a state university, Jr. College and two occupational schools studying psychology, computers and business. Beginning in October of 1987, I received my CHt degree from Behavioral Sciences Institute/HMI in Van Nuys, California. In January of 1986, I opened my office in Ridgecrest, California. In October of 1987 upon completion of my two year internship at HMI I opened my second office in the San Fernando Valley, California. In October of 1988, I opened my third office in Palmdale, California and oversaw six interns as part of my private practice. I have maintained up to four private practice offices in four different cities throughout her nearly 23 years as a therapist. During this time, I've also developed and produced seminars, workshops and classes through my own seminar company. A year before the completion of my ranch, I started seeing clients in Trinidad, and the surrounding towns of Colorado.
I moved from Palmdale, California, knowing that my heart was calling me to live and share my passion of life through my work in Trinidad, Denver and surrounding areas. I also continue to maintain clients throughout the United States. I am an active member in my community. I have been on the Hometown Holidays Board since 1998, and assist in many non-profit organizations in my spare time.
