Stress Management

Stress is an interesting aspect in each of us, it is unique because it is often represented by our reactions to situations in life. Stress is the by-product of how our right and left brain miscommunicate, therefore the more disagreements between those two minds create an overload called "stress". The right brain thoughts are called "life" scripts. Many we have had since we were children others of course are newer. This is your long term memory. Our left brain is where your more complex cognitive thinking occurs and is usually in the present. It is also where our will-power and willfullness or drive comes from. So the task at hand is bringing the right brain into alignment with what the left brain wants to achieve. Once that communication has been achieved then stress diminishes.

Many people think that stress is caused by a person, environment or situation, and they would be right. However, it is basically their inability to feel secure in the choices of knowledge to handle that person, environment or situation. Commonly we see this dealing with issues at work, handling our children, during confrontations or dealing with anything that you are unfamiliar with. Often these things for many people create worry, which is another source of stress. Fear and anxiety can also be culprits that perpetuate stress. It is also important to realize that behavior like impatience and anger fuel the intensity of stress.

It is important to understand that stress is the leading cause of death for the past 2 decades. The pace of life is faster and our physical body holds the stress in your organs and cellular memory as dis-easment. This is why working on your stress triggers and mind body comunication can be one of the most beneficial items to work on for a successful, healthy, and peaceful life.
